Refund Policy for Custom Orders
At Artistic Sole Customs, each item is handcrafted and tailored to your unique specifications. Due to the personalized nature of custom designs, the following refund policy applies:
No Refunds on Completed Orders
Once an order has been finalized and delivered, refunds are not permitted. Custom products are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
Cancellation Policy
• If you wish to cancel an order, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing it.
• Cancellation beyond this period may result in forfeiture of accessory fees based on the stage of production.
Defects or Errors
• If your item arrives with a defect or an error in the agreed-upon design, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.
• We will review the issue and, if it aligns with our quality guarantee, offer a correction or replacement at no additional cost.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate design details and approving final mockups before production. No refunds or adjustments will be made for errors in customer-provided information.

We require full payment upfront for all custom orders. This policy allows us to secure the necessary materials and dedicate the time needed to create a unique and personalized piece just for you. The tapestry woven material we use does not stretch, so if you prefer a looser fit for your sweater, we recommend ordering a size larger than your usual size. This ensures a comfortable fit without the garment feeling tight. If you have any specific sizing concerns or questions, feel free to let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist you further.
Our main shoe for custom designs is the Air Force 1, and it’s worth noting that they tend to run a little big. For an optimal fit, we suggest considering ordering a half size down from your usual size. This ensures a comfortable and well-fitted pair of custom shoes. If you have any specific sizing questions or concerns, feel free to reach out, and we’ll be happy to assist you in finding the perfect fit for your custom creation.
For your convenience, we offer the option to provide the shoes needed for customization, which can streamline the transaction and process. However, if you already have a pair of shoes you’d like to be customized, that is absolutely fine! We can discuss the process of retrieving them for customization. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Most of our orders are shipped via UPS, and the tracking link provided will allow you to monitor your package’s progress in real-time.
