Q: do you require deposit or full payment

Q: How does sizes run?

A- Tapestry Sizing:

 The tapestry woven material we use does not stretch, so if you prefer a looser fit for your sweater, we recommend ordering a size larger than your usual size. This ensures a comfortable fit without the garment feeling tight. If you have any specific sizing concerns or questions, feel free to let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist you further.”

A- Shoe Sizing Recommendation:
Our main shoe for custom designs is the Air Force 1, and it’s worth noting that they tend to run a little big. For an optimal fit, we suggest considering ordering a half size down from your usual size. This ensures a comfortable and well-fitted pair of custom shoes. If you have any specific sizing questions or concerns, feel free to reach out, and we’ll be happy to assist you in finding the perfect fit for your custom creation.”

Q: Are shoes provided?

A: For your convenience, we offer the option to provide the shoes needed for customization, which can streamline the transaction and process. However, if you already have a pair of shoes you’d like to be customized, that is absolutely fine! We can discuss the process of retrieving them for customization. Our goal is to make the experience as seamless as possible for you. 

Q: How will I know when my order has shipped?

A: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Most of our orders are shipped via UPS, and the tracking link provided will allow you to monitor your package’s progress in real-time.
